What's your end-game
Every time I talk to entrepreneurs, the very first question I ask them is, "What's the End-Game" . Which basically means, what do you want in the end. Why are you in business or want to go into business. Whats are the benefits you want for yourself? I ask these questions because you need to know where you are going. When you know where you are going then you will know which route to take. So on this very first blog, I am asking you to get a pen and paper (or your phone) write down why you want to be in business. Maybe you've never actually taken time to think about it. Your answer is your answer, you don't have to share it with anyone but be bold enough to write it down. The reason could be because you want to afford nice things, you want a big house, you want your children to never suffer, you want to be somebody important or you want to build an empire...... it's your reason. So I'm asking you, write it down. Why are you in business?
